About me

Hi, I’m Mel, a 23 year old certified 200 hour yoga teacher, and I live and breathe this practice.

Yoga has blossomed in my life from a personal sanctuary into a passion I love to share with the world. My classes are a fusion of strength and grace, designed with a stylish edge, and adaptable for every age and level. I bring a dynamic energy to every session, using music when it inspires, or creating a serene silence when we need it.

Every class is a carefully curated experience-cool, vibrant, and designed to help you slow down, tune in, and move with intention. For me, yoga is a luxury-an art, a lifestyle, and a journey back to your most radiant self.

Cooking has become a big part of my lifestyle – just like yoga.
I focus on Ayurvedic-inspired, nourishing food that supports your body in a natural and balanced way.

I share healthy recipes, detox drinks and easy tips that you can integrate into your daily life without stress.
It’s not about being perfect – it’s about feeling good, energized and connected to yourself.
