In my class, I guide you through slow, mindful movements, connecting breath and body. We hold poses, build gentle strength, improve flexibility, and create space to fully relax and reset.

• If cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the class will be fully refunded
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable
• No refunds for no-shows
• Please bring your own mat
