Mini Yoga

Mini yoga (4-7 years)  a playful little world where kids get to move, breathe, and just be. No rules, no pressure - just fun, imagination, and lots of gentle energy. We turn yoga into stories, animals, and adventures, so every pose feels like play. One moment you’re a strong tree, the next a flowing river or a flying bird. It helps kids build balance, coordination, and confidence, while also learning how to calm down and focus in a natural way. A joyful space to move freely, laugh often, and grow from the inside out.
